Meet the Architect

My name is Fae Lee. I built UR Skill Tree because traditional wellness failed me — and I'm guessing it's failed you too.
I have Lyme disease. And when you're dealing with something like that, the wellness world throws a lot of information at you. Supplements. Routines. Protocols. But none of it was designed to actually stick. No system. No structure. Just an overwhelming quest log with no gear attached.
I'm a gamer. So I started thinking about it differently.
What if the information was designed the way games design progression — where you actually retain it, actually use it, and actually feel the difference?
I don't have a degree. I'm not a doctor. What I have is a system that I built because I needed one — and the belief that if it works for me, it can work for you.

Primary Objective
To make non-toxic living and intentional self-care feel like leveling up. 🛡️
UR Skill Tree was built around a simple idea: better choices are easier to make when you're actually equipped to follow through — not just informed. It isn't a program or a protocol. It's gear that's been thought through, explained, and worth equipping.
The goal isn't optimization or perfection. It's progress that feels like yours.
Whether you're building from scratch or upgrading an existing loadout, everything here is designed to give you better gear, better context, and zero pressure to do it perfectly.
This isn't a rulebook. It's your build.
